Your people: 
As a frequent flyer for business, it was former IT consultant (and engineering graduate) Alistair Callender’s frustration at airport security queues that first gave him the idea for his company, GATE8. Not only is this a fantastic story about innovation, but also persistence. Alistair was determined to get Lara Morgan involved in the business, because he knew Lara had launched hotel toiletries company Pacific Direct in 1991, before selling her 99 per cent stake 17 years later for £20m had knowledge of manufacturing, is an EXPERT in sales and business growth - just the person he needed. It took him 18 months of stalking but he won and the pair of them are having a ball growing the business!
